Morgan Stanley Off Campus Drive 2023 Mumbai: Primary Responsibilities
As an Associate, your role will be based in Mumbai and will involve collaborating with the Global Client Business Analytics Team. Your responsibilities encompass enhancing and maintaining the client resource consumption and firmwide directory data distribution process. This includes ensuring the accuracy of the information being submitted. Your job will also revolve around producing analytical initiatives for Global IED Sales and stakeholders, involving close interaction with Sales, Research, Corporate Access, and CBA global teams on a day-to-day basis.
Your specific tasks will include:
- Preparing, compiling, and submitting Morgan Stanley’s global resource consumption data and firmwide directory data on various third-party vendor portals engaged by Morgan Stanley or directly to our clients.
- Post-submission, being accountable for reviewing, identifying, and resolving exceptions/errors by coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet tight deadlines. You’ll also ensure data accuracy on various vendor portals and internal source systems post-submission.
- Taking charge of the client on-boarding process, which includes producing and documenting client acknowledgment forms and setting up new clients on internal applications to enable data delivery to various Vendor Portals.
- Meeting bespoke and ad-hoc requests related to resource consumption data from clients, senior management, sales, and research personnel.
- Identifying risks and data quality issues and promptly escalating necessary information to stakeholders and technology teams.
- Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for various technological and process upgrades on internal systems.
- Engaging in effective and interactive dialogue with stakeholders, sales teams, and key project members.
- Coordinating, interacting, and working with various technical/internal teams as per requirements.
